THE EVALUATION OF A FORMATION AND A REPRODUCTION OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN GOMEL REGION

The article analyzes the existing methodology for assessing reproduction of the human resources in the contemporary market conditions; definition indicators of the reproduction of human resources of the region and the influencies factors on them; improved the evaluation methods of the regional activity for the formation of human resources. The method is approved on the materials of Gomel region. The developed method is more accurate and based on the environmental factor in the region. The hypothesis of the influence of environmental factors on the reproduction (in particular the formation) is confirmed on the basis of the comparative analysis techniques. As this factor as the conditions must be considered in the development of state mechanisms reproductive management of human resources.
