MONITORING OF RESIDUAL RESOURCE STEEL IN CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENTS

Abstract
This article describes the options of using DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) strategy in robust (sustainable) projecting of corrosion protection at all stages of the life cycle of renovated designs. Principles of robust projecting are based on the criteria of the corrosion hazards analysis. Methods include requirements to quality of corrosion protection of steel structures and their layer. The parameters of corrosion resistance are conforming correspondence to standards. On the base of functional requirements and object’s technical characteristics analysis, the possibility of forming programs that ensure reliability during reconstructions (PER) were determined. It ensures good condition of technological equipment in metallurgical complex. Suggested calculation-measurement method for determining the survivability includes changes in parameters of corrosion resistance during estimation of the risk level under technological safety criteria Designed organizational measures (reliability program designs ? RPD), have the assessment of the integral characteristics of structural adaptation, technological rationality and risk analysis of the danger signs of corrosion construction projects. The economic aspect in the task of the resource formation of industrial facilities is associated with the process approach. Risk assessment on the basis of technological safety of buildings and structures. Stability and continuity of the production process under the negative impacts are provided by technological security. Logical modeling is used during the analysis of the potential dangers of building objects. Development and construction of databases to systematize the causes of defects, damage and failure of structures allow to make decisions on the prevention of emergency situations on the basis of statistical conclusions. Studies that were carried out in the course of diagnosing the state of corrosion of technological equipment metal structures, shows a significant impact of technological and structural factors, the nature and intensity of the flow of corrosion damage. The audit results are presented in the form of indicators of expert diagnosis of the corrosion condition. Ordering of the results of the technical audit is performed during the examination of bearing and enclosing structures of the ore yard metallurgical plant blast furnace shop and several coking enterprises. Implementation of the results of the study will reduce the material costs of maintaining a healthy state of metal constructions of buildings and structures.
