Abstract

70 % of patients with bowel obstruction caused by colon cancer are patients aged 60 and more. The presence of comorbidities actualizes minimally invasive methods of diagnosis and treatment. The role of endoscopic methods is considered on the basis of analysis of 2200 patients with obstructive colonic ileus affected by segmented intestine cancer.
