Abstract
In the given article the new treatment method of patients with consequences of iatrogenic affection of extrahepatic bile-ducts is provided. The method gives the chance to realize direct endoscopic access to zone of biliary-enteric anastomosis after reconstructive operations on extrahepatic bile-ducts and to make under visual control (if necessary) the minimally invasive corrective manipulations: sanitation, balloon dilatation, installation and change of endoprosthesis.
