Abstract
Antibacterial therapy and preventive treatment ? an important component of intensive therapy of patients with thoracoabdominal trauma because the infectious complications are one of key components of traumatic illness. The research work’s purpose ? comparing of influence of ceftriaxone and cefazolin on some indices of inflammatory response at patients with thoracoabdominal trauma. It was revealed that by usage of cefazolin the improvement is observed faster, and the number of infectious complications is less than by using ceftriaxone.
