Abstract
The ultimate phase composition of raw material was studied for determination of operability of raw material for getting technological silicon. The experiments were carried out on the test of effective concentration of aluminum powder by volumetric method. Thermodynamic analysis was carried out for determination of probability of self-active process and reduction of silicon oxide by aluminum.
