Abstract
The article discusses the possibility of obtaining tooth profile on the outer surface of the preform cold extrusion with direct distribution . Numerical calculations of the process. The influence of structural factors on the process of forming tooth profile , power modes , the stress- strain state . The influence of the cone angle on the properties of the matrix material in the process of cold plastic deformation. Based on these studies was proposed technology for producing tooth profiles on the outer surfaces of the preforms , die tooling is designed and selected technological equipment .
