Abstract
The purpose of this article is to conduct comprehensive studies combined wear wearresistant coatings, including their full-scale tests at cutting the wire in the stamp box, assess the effectiveness of wear-resistant coatings, their influence on the stability of the blades, the analysis of the stress-strain state and knives Features of the wear of cutting elements. The method and installation created for comparative testing of various wear-resistant coating on the blades for cutting wire. Full-scale research in cutting wire in automatic mode, press and study the effect of wear-resistant coatings showed increasing stability knives in 2-3,5 times. Established phrase stress distribution in the upper and lower blades of the nature of their wear, fully verifies the results of numerical simulation and correctness of selected design schemes.
