Abstract
Common method of solving differential equations with approximate equilibrium condition plasticity analysis of five stages combined drawing in doublecone matrix. The analytical dependence for the determination of stresses and deformation force at the stage of bending the workpiece in the upper cone matrix, drawing blanks in the upper cone matrix bending radius of the workpiece on the upper cone, pulling the bottom cone and wall thinning in the final stage. In the decision was addressed thickening of the wall of the workpiece during forming, friction at the contacting surfaces and strengthen the deformed metal.
