Abstract
Bland-White-Garland syndrome is a rare CHD, medium of which is abnormal discharge of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery. Defects are performed as myocardium dysfunction development and artificial circulation disorder can be so serious that complications occur (hemotamponade, free wall breakage of left ventricle, mitral valve dysfunction, LV aneurysm). There are few surveys on the whole range of possible complications (only certain medical cases are considered), which affected the decision to conduct the research analyzing the peculiarities of diagnostics, clinical course, surgical approach and results of treatment of mechanical complications developing at Bland-White-Garland syndrome in preoperative period.
