Abstract
Right Aortic Arch with Retroesophageal Diverticulum of Kommerell is a rare anomaly.We report a case of Anterior wall myocardial infarction in a patient with such an anomaly.Myocardial infarction was managed with PTCA to Mid LAD.Right Aortic Arch with Retroesophageal Diverticulum of Kommerell was managed conservatively.A brief review of literature is discussed.
