Abstract
This article describes various aspects of oil and gas industry development in Uzbekistan, as well as the latest trends in the development of this sector. The author also stresses the importance of human resources: the inclusion in the economic turnover of natural resources, the output of the industry to a new level of development and many more depend on human resources, especially on their professional part.
