STRATEGIC GROWTH PRIORITIES OF KAZAKHSTAN ECONOMY UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL UNSTEADINESS

In this article the attention is paid to development issues of Kazakhstan economy in the conditions of new global risks and threats. Major factors of economic instability are allocated: decrease in free market price for oil and gas, sanctions policy against Russia, wide range of the world capital market, devaluation of currencies of neigh- boring countries ? Russia and China. Macroeconomic dynamics of country development is revealed. It is shown that the larger fraction of mineral mining branches in economy structure is the reason of high vulnerability of the Kazakhstan economy in relation to external shocks. The characteristic for the directions of new economic policy of Kazakhstan allowing to overcome the crisis phenomena and to provide economy stabilization of Kazakhstan and its sustainable development in the long term is given.
