EXTRACUTANEOUS MANIFESTATIONS OF CUTANEOUS POLYARTERITIS NODOSA

Abstract
We report the case of a 12 years old boy, a case of cutaneous polyarteritis nodosa with all the extra cutaneous manifestations. He presented with pain in large joints of all four limbs, pain in forearm and calf muscles, tingling sensation in left 4th and 5th fingers, reddish skin lesions all over the body, fever and difficulty in getting up from sitting position and difficulty in raising arms raising head from pillows. He was treated with steroids and immunosuppressants and responded well to the treatment. This case has been reported for its rarity.
