Abstract
The present work has as concerningthe an analysis of slave labor within the perspective of a crime against the humanity inside and outside of the Brazilian territory, until then, little known in academic scenario, but with the recent evolution of protective measures and new laws internal and external, in addition to modifications to laws that Brazil already had awakened the interest of doing study. he focus, therefore, is the legal aspect, pointing to legislation that the guardianship, the competence to judge, also featuring standards that are not directly linked to slavery or forced labor but they serve, and are used to punish those who make and protect those who are suffering. First before embarking on legal context contemporary, the author begins by analyzing the slavery in a general appearance, passing by slavery within the Brazilian Providing statistics about the fact the native soil, entering also slavery international and placing data submitted by the International Labor Organization
