This article describes the problem of inventory management food for animals in a medium-size farms. In the theoretical part of the article, presented logistic protection theory and its division and also describes logistics systems. Another aspect raised in the article is the concept of warehousing and storage of cereals. The article presents the determinants of inventory planning. The author has done research on the need for roughage and full-bodied for horses from the Centre of Riding in Budzistowo.
