Abstract
Hydration and dehydration of cellular cytoskeleton proteins are significant for cellular biology. These reactions depend on temperature and water concentration in cytoplasm. Hydration change determines the mechanism of cell pulsations, mechanism of emergence and motion of nervous impulse, which is the basis of work of cross-striated and unstriped muscles. In addition, hydration change justifies the mechanism of heat energy transition into work. In this context, the study suggests the model of emergence of action potential in reticulum of heart muscle fibre, when its conduction system is not formed yet.
