Strategic management of financial recovery

It was found that an overwhelming number of Ukrainian enterprises of different economic activities are experiencing financial difficulty on the basis of analysis of official statistics for the last five years. That is why there is an urgent need for the implementation of strategic management at the enterprise financial rehabilitation. Strategic management process financial rehabilitation should be carried out according to certain principles that will succeed with minimal cost. As these principles were selected: the speed, consistency, modernity and inclusiveness, effectiveness and efficiency. Strategic management of financial improvement of the enterprise must be carried out according to certain stages and in a certain sequence. In the allotted nine stages of strategic management of financial improvement of the enterprise, set targets for each stage and specified ways to achieve them. The first stage is recommended to carry out the diagnosis of the financial condition of the company. The second step is to identify the most problematic aspects, establish the reasons for deviations. The third phase focuses on team building, which is to carry out financial restructuring of the enterprise. In the fourth stage, the evaluation of potential of the enterprise for self-recovery from the crisis. In the fifth stage, developed activities, the implementation of which is carried out on the sixth stage. The seventh stage is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of the proposed measures. The eighth stage of the long-term strategy is being implemented enterprise financial security. The ninth step is the monitoring of the main levers of the entity’s financial security.
