Subjective control of the future psychologists with high and low degree of formation of life-guiding orientation

System of life-guiding orientation is regarded as the highest level of structural organization of the system of personal senses. Their content and the degree of formation is one of the most important dispositing structures in the personality of a professional psychologist. The inclusion of professional activity in the system of life-guiding orientation provides high labour efficiency. It is expressed in the experience of the professional callings, high motivational readiness for professional self-actualization. The article formulates a conclusion about the correlations between life guiding orientations and indicators of subjective control. Analysis of differences in psychological characteristics of persons with high and with low level of formation of life orientations allows to identify General trends. The students-psychologists of 1 courses with a high degree of formation of life orientations responsible for their lives. Graduates (4-5 courses) demonstrate commitment to professional activities. Future psychologists 1 and 4-5 courses with a low degree of formation of life orientations show responsibility primarily in the area of family life. These students are not typical initiative in the field of industrial relations. It is revealed that the degree of formation of life orientations and localization of subjective control are factors of professional formation of the personality of psychologist
