Abstract
The existing global classification of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) is analyzed, their comparative characteristics are formed. Methods for establishing a system of classification groups are studied and their advantages and disadvantages are highlighted. There is scientific justification for organizing and systematizing the considered classifications on which the hierarchically-faceted classification of PPPs is built. A new classification feature is introduced by the level of financial capacities, that allows analyzing opportunities for Public-Private Partnerships in Ukraine.
