Abstract
In the given article the approaches to a new paradigm of the higher education in the context of the analysis of key trends of a new paradigm of the higher education are considered, measures on further higher education modernization in Kazakhstan are suggested. The example of the modern paradigm of the higher education based on credit system is given.
