Abstract
At the present time, consumer evaluation of the quality of services provided by higher educational institutions is becoming ever more relevant. The urgency of solving this problem is determined by both objective and subjective reasons. Today it is consumer orientation that should define the purpose of educational institutions’ activities and their goal setting to achieve it.
