Abstract
The article describes the main issues of selecting simulation environment out of the wide range of presented ones. The review and analysis of several environments, determining criteria, characteristic of the environments and properties, which are suitable for their comparison. The main conditions and points to consider while choosing an environment are determined. The peculiarities of universal environments are described.
