ASSESSMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF QUALITY OF TOURIST SERVICES IN RUSSIA: PURPOSE, TASKS, PRACTICAL IMPORTANCE

In article need of development of methodical recommendations about improvement of quality of the tourist services provided in subjects of the Russian Federation is proved. The key idea of recommendations offers development of a complex control system of quality of tourist services on the basis of methodology of an assessment of tourist potential and tourist risks of certain territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and an assessment of efficiency of activity of regions within a control system of quality.
