PROBLEM OF AN ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY OF TOURIST SERVICES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In article theoretical aspects of quality of tourist services as necessary condition of successful development of the Russian tourist and recreational complex reveal. The author carries out the scientific analysis of the concept "quality of tourist services" giving a methodical basis for a perspective assessment of its indicators in Russia. Some problems of improvement of quality of tourist services in the Russian Federation are considered.
