THE PROBLEMS OF EVALUATION OF PPP PROJECTS EFFICIENCY

This article is touches upon the problems of evaluation of investment projects of private public partnership (PPP project) efficiency. Furthermore, the article gives a review of evaluation phases of their (PPP project) efficiency and realization in conditions of legislative framework in the PPP sphere at federal level. In addition, there is analyzation concerning the peculiarities of PPP projects evaluation in Russia and abroad. Besides, the article concerns the issues of comparability of methodical base application and experience of PPP projects realization.
