YOUTH POLICY: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS. SPECIFICITY OF DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH POLICY IN THE RYAZAN REGION

This article deals with the problems of development of youth policy in the Russian Federation and their solutions. Youth policy is one of the most important and promising areas of social and economic policy of the Russian Federation. The main issues presented in the article are the lack of full implementation of the federal law on the state youth policy and the lack of infrastructure development of the state youth policy. The article also provides information about the implementation of the state youth policy in the Ryazan region.
