Abstract
In the “War psychology” the story about Kazakhstani Panphil ov division, which defended Moscow, the chronicle about military feat of the “Talgar regiment”, which was witnessed by the author, about military talent and personality of the well-known leader I.V. Panphilov and about the role of soldier and the commander, their duty and psychology is presented from historical and psychological point of view. This talk-lecture can be called a theoretical and practical work, which lays the basis for national military science in the new form. The valuable material, which is based on the author’s direct military experience, its analysis and concluding can be a basis and source for the further researches with its wideness, systematic, historical basis and the lecturer’s brightness.
