Abstract
Nowadays nearly all areas of knowledge take advantage of information technologies. This promotes the development process in these areas of knowledge. The authors of the article suggest to consider the method of introducing information technologies for students to acquire training program of Physical Education course. It is suggested to improve the approach for teaching students basics of physical education in order to enhance their psycho-physical health and the quality of exercise performance by introducing information technologies into the teaching process. The term of information technologies is used to refer to a system consisting of a plurality of devices.
