Abstract
In clinical practice there are endocrine diseases with symptoms of dysfunction of multiple endocrine glands. The most common cause of multiple pathology is an autoimmune disorder of two or more endocrine glands.
This paper focuses on basic genetic, immunological and clinical manifestations of polyglandular autoimmune syndromes, based on the experience of native and foreign authors with the aim of improving the diagnosis of this pathology.
