Abstract
In practice of irrigated agriculture a significant part of soil moisture is lost to unproductive evaporation, whose share in the total evaporation of 29-38 %. The developed complex of agricultural practices, including crop cultivated crops with narrow aisles, holding watering through the aisles, mulching surface irrigation furrows with plastic wrap, helping to reduce the proportion of physical evaporation of up to 10% of the total. Assigned the expediency of use to assess the physical evaporation from the surface of the field under the vegetable cover the theoretical dependence deduced date of calculation of evaporation from bare soil.
