Abstract
This article tells about the historical places associated with Khoja Akhmet Yassawi who lived and spread his teachings in the XII century in the medieval city of Yasi. It describes the ancient tombs and historical sites related with his teachers and apprentices. The analysis of researches on apprentices of Akhmet Yassawi, as well as the appearance and features of historical sites in the vicinity of Turkistan city in South Kazakhstan region is provided. The tombs and burial places of the followers of Akhmet Yassawi’s teachings, as well as their current significance as immovable monuments are narrated about.
