Abstract
Pedagogical theory and practice are presented here as a kind of a dynamic system developing bilaterally. The interrelation between them is shown as a spiral-shaped structure. The author argues that a fully effective process in educational sphere is possible only with awareness of this structure. One of its elements, in the author’s view, is a human biosocial organ of Intelligence and its active lifetime functioning. By means of this organ of Intelligence the humans solve all problems of their community, development, knowledge etc.
