Abstract
The article analyzes the viewpoints of the leading experts on the issue of teacher’s competence in communication. The models of teacher’s tolerance and competence in professional pedagogical communication are suggested. The findings of empiric study on a training-based intentional development of teacher’s communicative competence and tolerance are presented.
