Fundamentals of human capital formation agrarian sphere

In this article the author generalize theoretical approaches in determining socio-economic essence category of "human capital"; systematic analysis of the current state of socio-economic environment and its relationship to the problem of the formation and reproduction of human capital, the essence of the conditions of human capital development and proanalizuvano features of their formation in agriculture, the main directions of improving the efficiency of formation and use of human capital in the context of sustainable development of agriculture.
