COUNTER INVESTIGATION

The article is devoted to the problem of counteraction to investigation, the classification of ways of counteraction to investigation on the lawful and unlawful, defining ways and methods of including this classification in the work of law enforcement officers in criminal proceedings. The authors come to the conclusion that a lack of effective overcoming of counteraction to investigation - one of the reasons for quality deterioration of law enforcement.
