THE FOUNDATION OFFICES BY APPOINTMENT IN THE CIVIL PROCESS

The article is devoted to analysis of the nature of representation by appointment of the court, under the article 50 of civil procedure code of the Russian Federation. The author describes two groups of grounds for such representation: the lack of information about the place of residence of the defendant and the cases provided by Federal laws (in particular, the possibility of a person free legal aid) - and comes to the conclusion about necessity of updating of the current procedure in determining the mechanism of realization of the right to receive such assistance in accordance with the Law "On free legal aid in the Russian Federation".
