THE PROCEDURAL-LEGAL STATUS OF PERSONS, PROTECTING THE INTERESTS OF MINORS IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

The article is devoted to the procedural participation of the legal representatives, the Prosecutor, bodies of guardianship and guardianship by consideration by courts of General jurisdiction of civil cases with participation of minors. The author analyzes the rights and responsibilities of each of these entities determines the possibility of their participation in a specific business and regulatory framework that creates the basis for implementation of persons protecting the rights and legitimate interests of minors, of their powers.
