REGIONAL ASPECTS OF THE PROBLEM OF INCREASE OF LEVEL AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN MODERN CONDITIONS

This article is devoted to problems of growth quality of life of the population, in particular the city of Volgograd. Population welfare at the current stage of development is the main indicator of development and formation of scientific-technical progress and human potential of any country. Creating conditions for decent living and development of the population should be an absolute priority as the state as a whole and individual regions, and the living standards of the Russian population must meet the characteristics achieved by the developed countries.
