Abstract
The article considers the theoretical foundations to the problem of pricing from the standpoint of value and cost approaches. Developed economy ? mathematical model for commodity pricing based on value pricing. The peculiarities of application of the developed theoretical propositions in real estate valuation from a position of balance between price and quality. To prove the article was used the matrix method for quantitative assessment of important quality characteristics of properties selected by the buyer.
