STAFF SHORTAGES IN THE HEALTH SECTOR OF RURAL MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF THE NIZHNY NOVGOROD REGION

In the article the questions of the relationship of the demographic situation and the quality of health, especially in municipal and urban entities. The authors studied the problem of shortage and low quality of services. The article draws conclusions about the low attractiveness of jobs for doctors, nurses and other medical staff. The authors detected large leak of young qualified personnel from the regions, not very high performance programmes of the government of Nizhny Novgorod region to address shortages of doctors in the health sector in rural areas.
