Abstract

One of the reasons of existence of corruption is the imperfect legislation. Daily process of developing and adopting new regulatory legal acts, which require examination to determine the presence in them of corruption factors. Many are already used in practice regulatory acts also require analysis and synthesis. The question of the effectiveness of normative legal acts and finding the right tools for the evaluation of legislation with the aim of identifying and addressing rulemaking has been and remains relevant. One of such tools acts as anti-corruption expertise. Its objective is the establishment of the legal correctness of the designed and existing regulations, obstruction and reduction of corruption risks which may be inherent in the rule of law.
