THE QUESTION OF THE DEFECTS OF THE LAW

Interest in the effectiveness of normative legal acts leads to finding the optimal tools to assess the quality of legislation and to overcome normative errors. In the past, and now the defects of the law are the place to be. In turn, they at least complicate the work on the application of one or another normative legal act, and as high, can contribute to corrupt practices and solutions. This article attempts to analyze the concept of "defect law", "legislative error" and also indicate the role of rules of legislative techniques in their elimination.
