IMPROVING THE SYSTEM OF STAFF INCENTIVES

The article is devoted to improvement of the system of staff incentives. The analysis is part of the experience of perfection in the Russian companies with an emphasis on material incentive. Also revealed the applicability of foreign experience to Russian companies to improve the system of staff incentives. Identified problems that impede the improvement of the system under study and charts a course for addressing them.
