Abstract

In judicial practice there are cases of bribery on behalf of a legal entity. The recipient of the bribe is a public official, the bribe payer is a natural person ? fulfilled this role. The action is carried out on behalf of the legal entity and its interests, for example if you win a contest or pay for the work not performed. It would seem that legal responsibility should be subject to three party: legal entity and two physical (who gave and who took). However, even there is a physical person who transfers a bribe, and not brought to justice does not release a legal entity from the relevant legal responsibility is an administrative fine. The overview of court practice of the Supreme Court in January 2015 contains a sample of similar content.
