FEATURES OF CREATION OF SMALL ENTERPRISES ENGAGED IN FOREIGN TRADE ACTIVITIES

The article concerns the problem of insufficient level of development of the Russian small business focused on international operations. The author gives specific practical recommendations on the procedure of creation of such small enterprises. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of customs clearance with the use of electronic Declaration and increase in the share of small business Internet Commerce.
