Abstract
Talent pool for all modern organizations is the basis for the development and expansion of resources organization. The personnel reserve is one of the elements of personnel development and acts as the personnel management system of the organization as a whole. The article discusses the importance of talent management in organizations today, and the main problems in the formation of personnel reserve and possible directions for their resolution.
