At the present stage, the transition to a market organization of the economy and the formation of the securities market demanded the revival and use of the variety of securities. Currently, the financial market has not yet fully formed, in terms of legislation, taxation and structure. Formation of stock market in Russia resulted in the emergence connected with this process are numerous problems, the overcoming of which is necessary for further successful development and functioning of the securities market.
