ON THE ESSENCE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLE OF IDEOLOGICAL DIVERSITY

This publication represents the experience of a legal analysis of the nature and content of the constitutional principle of ideological diversity in the Russian Federation. The author found that the existence of a particular ideology is possible only in the framework of the constitutional legal ideology, the essence of which lies in maintaining the balance of constitutional values, interests of society, state and personality.
