Abstract
From 11 July 2014 entered into force the Federal law "On strategic planning in the Russian Federation". Today the focus of the strategic planning documents, including the strategic planning documents in the Arctic. However, the complex issues within the framework of strategic planning includes budgeting and monitoring, interaction medium and long - term planning, implementation of the principles of balance, coherence and so on.
